We do our best to protect the boxes to avoid transit damages, but sometimes carriers can get too rough with the boxes. If any of the snack or food packages in the box are torn or damaged, please take a photo and send it to us. We will send the same item again next month.
We don’t provide allergy information in English for the snacks, and we’re unable to customize the items in our boxes. However, if you avoid meat for religious reasons, we can replace the noodles with a non-meat or vegetarian option. Additionally, for example, if you live in the US, we can’t include meat products due to import regulations, so we’ll adjust the contents as much as possible.

Yes! We ship the box from Osaka, Japan. All packaging is also done by Japanese staff.
The Japanese dating system uses YYyy/mm/dd format. So, if you see 2025/12/15, it means December 15, 2025.
The snacks and candies we deliver generally have a shelf life of 6 months to 1 year on average. When we ship them, we make sure to select items with plenty of time remaining before the expiration date. However, please note that items like yokan and traditional Japanese sweets may have shorter shelf lives, so we recommend checking them.
If you believe a product is past its expiration date, please send a clear photo and the expiration date to our support team. We will investigate the issue.
