Yes, of course! Just select the 'Monthly' plan and cancel right after for a one-time purchase.
We do our best to protect the boxes to avoid transit damages, but sometimes carriers can get too rough with the boxes. If any of the snack or food packages in the box are torn or damaged, please take a photo and send it to us. We will send the same item again next month.
Products included in the Service may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, or other ingredients. We do not guarantee that any product is free from allergens. You are responsible for reviewing product information and consuming items at your own risk.
We may, at our sole discretion, accommodate limited dietary requests, such as substituting instant noodles with vegetarian options. However, we do not guarantee that any dietary preferences or restrictions, including religious or personal dietary requirements, can be fully accommodated.
Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in specific countries due to local laws and import regulations (for example, meat-containing products in some countries). In such cases, affected items may be removed or substituted without prior notice.
Yep! We ship the box from Osaka, Japan.
The Japanese dating system uses YYyy/mm/dd format. So, if you see 2025/12/15, it means December 15, 2025.
The snacks and candies we deliver generally have a shelf life of 6 months to 1 year on average. When we ship them, we make sure to select items with plenty of time remaining before the expiration date. However, please note that items like yokan and traditional Japanese sweets may have shorter shelf lives, so we recommend checking them.
If you believe a product is past its expiration date, please send a clear photo and the expiration date to our support team. We will investigate the issue.
